Description | The RE-ENGAGE project seeks to help the EU renew its engagement with neighbors in conflict and rising geopolitical tensions. It aims to refine EU external policies, including enlargement and neighborhood strategies, to enhance geopolitical leverage and promote democracy. The project will study six candidate countries—Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine—focusing on lessons from past democratization efforts, challenges from external actors, and increasing EU resilience to hybrid threats. |
