After successfully applying to the Erasmus programme and being nominated by your Erasmus coordinator for a STA/ STT mobility at MSU, you must stay in contact with our Academic Mobilities Office (usm.international@yahoo.com) in order to clarify any questions regarding arrival dates, accommodation, programmes, mobility agreement etc.

Applications by a Visiting academics/ researchers (STA/ STT scholarships) must be supported by specialized department (professors and researchers) of the Moldova State University and by the MSU Academic Mobilities Office. The electronic request should be accompanied with the foreign academic’s/researcher’s résumés, the copy of their Passport and the signed (by participant and by home university) the Mobility Agreement.

The specialized department of the MSU approves the Visiting Professor and guarantees, for the whole length of the guest’s stay, a work placement, allowing guest to carry out their research and didactic activities.

The specialized department of the MSU, having approved a visiting period at Moldova State University, communicates to the Academic Mobilities Office, in order to sign the Mobility Agreement.

Academic Mobilities Office of the MSU will support the Visiting academics/ researchers with the relevant documents for their access to Republic of Moldova: invitation letter, residency permit, registration with the national health system.

At the end of their stay, the hosting Academic Mobilities Office will issue to visiting academics/researchers a Confirmation Letter certifying their activities during their visit at MSU and will ensure the signing of the original Mobility Agreement by the Pro-rector for International Relations.
