Some of the programs could be offered in English as well. The applicant should have at least the level of knowledge B1\/B2 according to CEFR.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the applicant does not speak one of these languages, then he\/she is advised to take Romanian or Russian language year-long\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/usm.md\/?page_id=4631&amp;lang=ro\">courses<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>APPLICATION PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Foreign applicants who want to apply for admission at Moldova State University have to send their application files (colour scanned copies) to the Department of International Relations (lilia2394@mail.ru)\u00a0<strong>before July 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The application file must contain the following documents (authorized translations into Romanian, Russian or English):<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2666\u00a0<strong>Bachelor level<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Application form (download\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/usm.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/ApplicationFormEn.doc\">ENG<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/usm.md\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/05\/ApplicationFormRu.doc\">RU<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Passport, valid at least one year on the date of application.<\/li>\n<li>High School Graduation Certificate and Transcript of records (<strong>with apostille<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Certificate issued by the home country Ministry of Education certifying:\n<ul>\n<li>the authenticity of the High School Graduation Certificate;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0the study period that preceded the issue of the Certificate;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0the academic value of the Certificate (the right of the holder to be enrolled in the higher education level);<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0the description of the marking scale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Criminal records certificate \/ Police clearance. Important! A compulsory condition: the validity of the criminal record must not be expired at time of entry. Otherwise you will need a new one.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Medical certificate (international standard).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0 Health Insurance<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Bank account Certificate on availability of the amount necessary for tuition fee, health insurance, accommodation and subsistence.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Official International Language Certificate or\u00a0 Language Certificate issued by the Minister of Education confirming the level of knowledge of the Romanian \/ Russian language.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The student must cover full Tuition fee, accommodation fee and other charges for chosen program at the university, otherwise he\/she will be exmatriculated. The student must have also some extra money for personal expands.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Upon arrival in Moldova, the accepted candidate should visit the Department of International Relations of Moldova State University for registration. The student must have also some extra money for personal expands.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Upon arrival in Moldova, the accepted candidate should visit the Department of International Relations of Moldova State University for registration.
